on Investment (ROI), for companies both large and
small, (our complete product range is fully scaleable
from 5 to 32,000 simultaneous users), GemaTech have
developed a number of software based applications
from first principles – which also incorporate
GemaTech’s own hardware platform and operating
system. Consequently GemaTech own 100% of all Intellectual
Property Rights (IPR) deployed within our product
range and are not dependant on any third party developer
of technology to meet GemaTech’s specific requirements
in order to maintain GemaTech’s development
programme.
Parent Company, Telinvest Ltd.,
registered in Guernsey, Channel Islands, was the
original source of all development finance for the
initial Research and Development programme and continues
to support the on going R&D programme which delivers
the innovative products and services identified by
the Sales and Marketing divisions of the business
(comprising GemaTech UK Ltd and GemaTech Holdings
Inc. in the US) as being required to satisfy proven
market needs and market trends.
GemaTech UK Ltd registered
in England in 1997 is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Telinvest
Ltd and has sole distribution rights for all GemaTech
products and services throughout Europe.
GemaTech
Holdings Inc., registered in Nevada USA in 2003 is
also a wholly owned subsidiary
of Telinvest and has sole distribution rights for
all GemaTech products and services throughout North
America and Canada.
